Login to Canvas
Select "Account > My Media"
Select the checkbox next to the video(s) you want to delete
...
Select "Actions > Delete"
...
Note: This is not a reversible action. Once the video is gone its gone. Please make sure you have backed up any video(s) you want to keep before using this process.
