When a student purchases an adobe subscription with their university account, they need to select Personal Account when logging in instead of Work Company or School Account.

  1. Go to adobe.com. Log out completely if logged in.

  2. Log back into adobe.com.

  3. Select Personal Account and you should be able to use or cancel the membership from there.
