Open an incognito or private window in your web browser
Navigate to https://wisconsin-edu.zoom.us
Click on "Sign in"
Select your UW institution
Login using your NetID and Password
UW-Oshkosh email username and password.
An email will be sent to your email account asking to confirm your email address, click "Confirm your email address"
This message will appear after confirming your email
An email message will be be sent acknowledging that you are attempting to sign in to Zoom, click "Switch to the New Account"
A new message will appear with information you should be aware of before you switch. Click " I acknowledge and Switch"
You will receive a confirmation request in your mailbox from Zoom. Click "Switch to the new account" in the confirmation email
You will see a message that your Zoom account switch was successful.
