Delegated accounts are non-user accounts that are shared within a departmental or non-user accounts.  An example of a delegated (departmental) account is helpdesk@uwosh itservicedesk@uwosh.edu.

Request a Delegated Account

To request a new delegated account, Submit an IT Help Service Ticket and select Shared Email as the System/Service or contact the Information Technology Help Service Desk at 920-424-3020 or helpdesk@uwosh itservicedesk@uwosh.edu. You will need to provide the name of the account, the manager of the account, and the names of anyone who should be able to view and send emails. The account will need to be renewed annually.
