1. Log into Palo Alto Global Protect VPN Client. 

   1. If this application is not installed on your computer contact the IT Help Service Desk, helpdesk@uwosh itservicedesk@uwosh.edu

2. Click Ctrl + Alt + Delete on the keyboard.

3. Select Change a Password.

4. Type in the current password, the new password, and confirm the new password.

5. Check to make sure the change worked by logging into TitanWeb or Canvas.
