Most browsers have a shortcut for this: “ctrl-shift-delete” (“cmd-shift delete” on mac)

 Microsoft Edge
  1. Click the Tools menu (three dotted lines in the upper-right corner), and open the Settings menu.

  2. Click Privacy, search, and services on the left-side menu.

  3. Under the section Clear browsing data, Click Choose what to clear.

  4. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  5. Click Clear Now.

  6. Close Microsoft Edge completely for your changes to take effect.

 Chrome
  1. Click on the menu button at the top right of Chrome.

  2. Click History in the menu.

  3. Click History again.

  4. Select Clear Browsing Data in the History page that opens.

  5. Choose The Beginning of Time for the time to remove cache data.

  6. Select types of data to remove.

  7. Click Clear Browsing Data and allow some time for the data to be removed.

 Firefox
  1. Click the menu icon on the top right.

  2. Choose History.

    • If this icon does not appear, click Customize and drag History into the menu window.

  3. Select Clear Recent History.

  4. Change the time range to Everything.

  5. Choose the options for data removal.

  6. Click Clear Now and allow some time for the data to be cleared.

 Safari
  1. Click Safari on the top menu bar.

  2. Select Clear History and Website Data...

  3. Choose Remove Now.

 Opera
  1. Click on the Speed Dial button to the left of the address bar.

  2. Click the History section on the bottom.

  3. Click Clear Browsing Data.

  4. Choose The beginning of time for the time period of data to clear.

  5. Choose the types of data to be cleared.

  6. Click Clear Browsing Data and allow some time for the data to be cleared.

 Internet Explorer
  1. Click the gear icon on the top right (Tools).

  2. Click Internet Options.

  3. Select Internet Settings.

  4. In the General tab, select Delete...

  5. Select the types of data you wish to remove.

  6. Click Delete and allow a moment for the data to be cleared.
