Titan Web is the system used to manage enrollment, view financial aid, pay tuition, view grades, and send transcripts, among a number of other important functions.
Current Students and Staff
Go to the UW Oshkosh homepage.
Mouse over Titan Services in the top-right corner and click on Titan Web.
Click the button marked Students/Faculty: Log into TitanWeb
Sign in Using NetID Username and Password. Do not add @uwosh.edu to the end of your username.
New Students and Staff
If you have not yet changed your netID starting password, you will need to complete that before signing into Titanweb.
Navigate to the NetID Password Change Page.
Enter your NetID username. Do not include the @uwosh.edu (if you don’t know your username, see NetID - What is my User Name?)
Enter your 7-digit campus ID number
Enter your New Password (make sure it says Acceptable password to the right of the box)
Enter your New Password Again (make sure it says Passwords match to the right of the box)
Click the Change Password button
You should see a screen that your NetID has been changed successfully
If you click the Change Password button and you get an error message in a red box like the one below, then either the NetID username or the 7-digit ID number is incorrect.
Now that your password is changed, you can use the Current Students and Staff instructions above.
Incoming Applicant or Previous Student
Go to the UW Oshkosh homepage.
Mouse over Titan Services in the top-right corner and click on Titan Web.
Click on the Guest Login (Future Students/Past Students/Delegated Access): Log into TitanWeb link.
The user ID will be a capital W followed by your 7 digit student ID number
The default password if you have never logged in will be the IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS first two letters of your first name followed by the first two letters of your last name and the last four of your student ID number.
