Only Paid Participants Can Be Hosts Error - Zoom

This error occurs when trying to add a host or alternate host and their UW Oshkosh credentials for our Zoom instance have expired.

To fix this error the person you are trying to add should:

1. Open an incognito or private window in their web browser

2. Navigate to https://wisconsin-edu.zoom.us

3. Click on Sign in

4. Select our UW institution (UW-Oshkosh)

   Open

   

5. Login using their UW-Oshkosh email username and password.

    

This will reauthenticate them in our Zoom instance and they will have a paid license.
