Automated Actions
What: Automated Actions allow staff users with the appropriate permissions to regularly take certain actions on students matching criteria from a Saved Search or a saved V3 Report.
Where: To create Automations, open the Lists and Saved Items page OR go to the My Report Automations. Note that only automations based on V3 reports show on the My Report Automations.
Who: Automated Actions can be used by faculty, staff, and administrators with access to Saved Searches or saved V3 Reports to issue Alerts, send Messages, or add students to Campaigns on an automated schedule.
Automated actions are extremely powerful and can greatly increase the number of notifications students AND staff receive from Navigate360. Hence must be used wisely and strategically.
