Restriction of Microsoft Logon Locations
To prevent user account lockouts from successful fraudulent logins, IT will be restricts employee and student employee logins to Microsoft 365 and systems that use Microsoft web logins to be accessible from the United States only. This change will not impact student accounts at this time.
If you travel or live outside of the United States and need access to your email internationally, you will need to contact the IT Service Desk one week in advance to allow us to exempt you from this restriction during your travels.
If you need to have this restriction removed due to international travel or living arrangements, please call the Information Technology Service Desk at 920-424-3020, put in your own request at uwo.sh/service-portal, or email itservicedesk@uwosh.edu at least two weeks in advance to travel when possible.
