Supervisors should fill out the Request for Access to Student Information System (SIS).
FERPA Compliance form (Required)
Each staff member who receives access to PeopleSoft TitanWeb must sign a FERPA form
The FERPA Compliance Agreement will automatically be sent to the employee for completion. Once the FERPA Compliance Agreement is completed by the employee, access will be reviewed.

When Navigate is selected on the request for access above an IT Service Request will be generated on behalf of the supervisor and employee on the request. The Navigate Application Administrator will communicate via the IT service request regarding access and training.
