For students that have not yet graduated, you will not be eligible for an alumni email until your graduation has been processed.  If you have graduated and receive a message that you are not eligible for an alumni account, please call the Information Technology Help Desk at 920-424-3020, put in your own request at uwo.sh/service-portal, or email helpdesk@uwosh.edu.

Information to Provide to the Help Desk   

  1. Please let us know you received the message you were not eligible for an alumni account

  2. Provide your graduation date

Issues When Applying for Alumni Email Account?

What happens?

A student requests an account from this link https://www.alumni.uwosh.edu/request/ and they get a message "they are not eligible for an account"

What should we do?

  1. Do NOT send these students over to the Alumni Office

  2. Create a ticket for Server Support

  3. Notes = What happened when trying to apply for an alumni email i.e. they got a message they weren't eligible, etc.
