Alumni Email - Not Eligible for Alumni Account

For students that have not yet graduated, you will not be eligible for an alumni email until your graduation has been processed.  If you have graduated and receive a message that you are not eligible for an alumni account, please call the Information Technology Service Desk at 920-424-3020, put in your own request at uwo.sh/service-portal, or email itservicedesk@uwosh.edu.

Information to Provide to the Service Desk   

1. Please let us know you received the message you were not eligible for an alumni account

2. Provide your graduation date
