Check the Full Add Override box only for unusual situations.  The student schedule and faculty/staff schedule extracts normally include only changes that have occurred since the previous extract with the same criteria code was created.  Checking this box forces the extracts to contain all classes in the term for all students, faculty and staff and mark them as adds.  This would only be done if the external system has not received or lost schedule information.  The extract process recognizes when the term changes and automatically sends the full schedule the first time, so there is no need to check it then.
