  1. Contact the Help Desk to have a ticket created for the computer to be added to the SCCMInstall-VMWareView AD group to have the client installed through Software Center, please provide the UWOID Tag number or Serial Number of the computer.

  2. Once the client is installed, the user needs to connect to: virtuallab.it.uwosh.edu

  3. If the user is unable to login, contact the Help Desk to have a ticket created for the user to be added to the VDI Facilities group for VDI pool access.
