Organizing a Video Conference

If you wish to host or organize a video conference, use our Event Setup/Support Request in the IT Service Portal, call the Information Technology Help Desk at 920-424-3020, or email helpdesk@uwosh.edu and we will direct you to the correct staff person to discuss the various option available to you. 

Some of the information they will need includes:

  • Locations of the other participants 

  • How many participants will be at each site 

  • What will you be doing during the conference (i.e. is it just a discussion, will you need to display a computer or document camera, etc)
