International Travel Logon Restriction

Restriction of Microsoft Logon Locations

To protect user accounts from fraudulent login attempts, Information Technology (IT) will restrict employee and student employee access to Microsoft 365 and other systems using Microsoft web logins to users located within the United States. This change does not currently affect student accounts.

If you are traveling or residing outside of the United States and require international access to your email, please contact the IT Service Desk at least one week prior to your departure to request an exemption from this restriction.

If you need to have this restriction removed due to international travel or living arrangements, please call the Information Technology Service Desk at 920-424-3020, put in your own request at UWO Service Portal, or email itservicedesk@uwosh.edu at least two weeks in advance to travel when possible.
