Access
Who Has Access
Some roles such as students, advisors, instructors and other support staff automatically have access to Navigate based on their roles.
Request Access
If your role doesn’t have access to Navigate but your job duties require you to use Navigate you and your supervisor will need to fill out the following forms to request access if you have not done so already.
Supervisors should fill out the Request for Access to Student Information Systems (SIS)
FERPA Compliance form (Required)
Each staff member who receives access to PeopleSoft must sign a FERPA form, available at https://uwosh.edu/registrar/faculty-staff/forms/student-informationsystemsis-access-and-compliance-agreement/

Supervisors should create an IT Service Request - Include what information the staff will need access to and what they will be using Navigate for.
