Find your device's MAC address
Wireless MAC address is needed to connect devices to Titan WiFi Guest. Below are commonly used devices (this is not a definitive list):Â
Chromebook
There are two options for finding a Chromebook's MAC address:Â
Use the Network panel near the clock:Â
Visit Google's Connect to WiFi page
Scroll down to Find the Media Access Control (MAC) address. Click to expand the section, and follow the instructions.Â
Use the browser's "About System" diagnostic page:Â
Open a browser window. In the address bar, type chrome://system and press Enter
Lookin for ifconfig, and then click the Expand... button next to it
Look for either the eth0 section (wired MAC address) or the wlan0 (wireless address). In both sections, the MAC address will be listed as Ethernet HWaddr
Apple TV
Navigate to the main menu, choose Settings
Click About or Network
Look for the MAC address next to "Ethernet Address" for the wired network or "Wi-Fi address" for the wireless connection
Google TV
Navigate to the settings menu
Select Network and then Status
The MAC address will appear on the screen
Roku
From the Roku home screen select Settings
Click About
The MAC address will appear on the screen
Vizio Smart TV
Press the Menu button on the remote and select Network
Choose Manual Setup
The RJ45 (wired) and/or Wireless MAC address will appear on the screen
Nintendo Switch
Select System Settings from the Home Menu
Scroll down and select Internet
The MAC address will be listed under Console MAC Address
Amazon Fire TV
From the Home screen press Menu
Select Settings
The WiFi MAC address is located toward the bottom of the screen in the Device Info section
