Add Shared Email Account Profile to Outlook - Desktop App

  1. Click start and type ‘Control Panel’ select the control panel app

  2. Change control panel view to ‘Large icons’ or ‘Small icons’

  3. Select ‘Mail (Microsoft Outlook)’

  4. Select ‘Show Profiles’

  5. Click ‘Add’

  6. Enter name for new profile and click ‘OK’

  7. Select ‘Manual setup or additional server types’

  8. Enter email address of shared account, click ‘Next’

  9. If you have rights to the shared account, and are logged into the computer with your UWO account, configuration should be automatic… Click ‘Finish’

  10. Select ‘Prompt for a profile to be used’ click ‘OK’

  11. Open Outlook and select the profile for the shared account, click ‘OK’
