Add Shared Email Account Profile to Outlook - Desktop App

  1. Click start and type ‘Control Panel’ select the control panel app

  2. Change control panel view to Large icons or Small icons

  3. Select Mail (Microsoft Outlook)

  4. Select Show Profiles

  5. Click Add

  6. Enter name for new profile and click OK

  7. Select Manual setup or additional server types

  8. Enter email address of shared account, click Next

  9. If you have rights to the shared account, and are logged into the computer with your UWO account, configuration should be automatic… Click Finish

  10. Select Prompt for a profile to be used click OK

  11. Open Outlook and select the profile for the shared account, click OK
