Wireless - Connect with Unamanaged Chromebook to Titan WiFi and Eduroam

Connect to Titan WiFi

  1. Go to the bottom right corner and select the WiFi icon > WiFi section

  2. Then select Titan WiFi or Eduroam (not Titan WiFi Guest).

  3. Fill out the form exactly as it is shown below, replacing NetID and NetID Password with your own information.

    1. Select EAP method: PEAP

    2. Select Phase 2 authentication: MSCHAPV2

    3. In Identity, type: Your NetID username

    4. In Password, type: Your NetID password 

    5. Click Connect

    6. Note** you may have to enter uwosh.edu for the subject match on the older versions of chromebooks

       

    7. If you’re on a newer chromebook version your setup may look like this - Follow these details to get you connected. After they’re entered please click “Connect” and you should be connected to Titan WiFi

  1. You should now be connected to Titan WiFi.

 

Connect to Eduroam

  1. Follow these details to get you connected. After they’re entered please click “Connect” and you should be connected to eduroam

    1. SSID - Should be eduroam

    2. Security - EAP

    3. EAP-Method - PEAP

    4. EAP Phase 2 - Automatic should be fine to enforce MSCHAPv2

    5. Server CA Cert - Default

    6. Domain Suffix - uwosh.edu

    7. **Identity - This is you netid with the @uwosh.edu as seen in image below

    8. Password - your netid password

    9. Save and Connect to eduroam
