Windows Defender - Run a Full Virus Scan

  1. Click on the up arrow in your taskbar at the bottom of your screen if you do not see the white shield logo

  2. Double click on the white shield logo to open

  3. Click Virus & threat protection

  4. Click Advanced scan

  5. Click the Full Scan option if not already selected

  6. Click Scan Now

  7. Leave the scan window open until it is complete.  Your results will be available at the time.
