Audio/Visual - Design Consultation Process

To start, please call the Information Technology Help Desk at 920-424-3020, put in your own request at uwo.sh/service-portal, or email helpdesk@uwosh.edu to receive an AV Design Consultation.

Once a ticket created and assigned, a member of our IT staff will meet with you in the space you would like equipment in. The staff member will be able to identify and discuss options with you and give you information based on your budget requirements. If the space would need any Facilities Management involvement, the IT staff member will instruct you to submit a Work Request.

When you meet with a member of IT staff, please have the budget requirements with you. Once the consultation is complete, the quote process will begin. Please see the Quotes - Audio/Visual Equipment Process KnowledgeBase article for more information on equipment brands and specifics.
