Training on Classroom and Computer Lab Technology

Arranging for Training Prior to the First Day of the Semester

  1. Contact the Information Technology Help Desk via phone at 920-424-3020, put in your own request at uwo.sh/service-portal, or email helpdesk@uwosh.edu.

  2. Indicate when and where you'd like training (exact room number and times available are preferred)

    • It is possible to schedule training for more than one space; please indicate that in the original request

  3. A ticket will be created on your behalf and a member of the ClassroomTech staff will verify that the room is available for training during the requested time

  4. If the room is not available during the requested time an alternative time will be arranged

Day-Of Training

  • Please bring any media to the space to verify functionality

  • Feel free to bring prepared questions

  • If you would like printed documentation of training, please let the Classroom Tech staff known as soon as possible

Arranging for Training While Classes are in Session

  2. Indicate where you'd like training (exact room number is required)

  3. Provide when class exactly begins (if happening prior to class)

    • Please be aware, training done immediately before classes may be rushed; additional training can be arranged if desired
