How Do Team Leads Get Access to Navigate

Team Leads may already have Navigate access and certain permissions based on their primary full-time role on campus. If this is the case, please contact the Navigate App Administrator directly to request assignment of the Team Lead role for additional permissions specific to this position.

If you do not currently have any access in Navigate, please ask your Supervisor to complete and submit the following form to the Registrar’s Office.

What Can Team Leads Do In Navigate

  • Message students

  • Create availability

  • Schedule appointments with students / allow students to schedule appointments/ run appointment campaigns

  • Create appointments summaries

  • Issue adhoc alerts
