Making a Conference Call

  • Press New Call (will get dial tone)

  • Dial first number

    • On campus – xxxx

    • Local – 8 – xxx-xxxx

    • Long distance – 8-1-xxx-xxx-xxxx

Adding More People to Call

  • Press the multiple persons button located on phone (to the right of transfer button)

  • Dial first number

    • On campus - xxxx

    • Local - 8 - xxx-xxxx

    • Long distance - 8-1-xxx-xxx-xxxx

  • Once party answers press conference (located on set of buttons under the phone screen, highlighted green)

    • Will put party on hold

  • Dial second number

    • Second party answers

  • Press Conference

    • Both parties on conference

 **(Follow the press conference, dial number, press conference until you get all the parties added) 

If you get a busy or no answer for second caller

  • Press End Call

  • Press Resume to get first caller back and try again
