It might be that you are not logged into Azure Intune. Click on the Sign In button and proceed to the next step.
Please restart your computer and try again. If the problem, persists, it might be that your computer is not compatible with Cloud Print.
If you log in as a shared account local to the computer, it is not compatible.
Your computer might be too old. Please contact your department to help you find a newer computer.
Look for the sign in button.
Open the Settings from the start menu.
Search “Printers & Scanner.”
Select Sign In
Some printers do not have these options. If your printer does have these options, contact IT Support @ 920-424-3020
