This program ties in with http://ChildPlus.net login information. If a user forgets their password, it must first be changed in http://ChildPlus.net . The user must then log in to http://ChildPlus.net , and then try TS Gold again. If a user is locked out of TS Gold, only Lynn Hammen (hammenl@uwosh.edu) or TS Gold support (support@teachingstrategies.com) can unlock the account.
