Mirrored and Extended (PC and Mac) - Classroom Computers

Mirrored and Extended Settings on Classroom PCs:

Any classroom computers that are connected to an external display (projector or digital display/television) have two icons on their desktop, "Mirror" and "Extend". Pictured below:

To utilize presenter view in PowerPoint the computer must have an extended desktop. To accomplish this, double click on "Extend" and present as normal.

Please note: if a video is linked within the presentation the window will have to be dragged to the other desktop or the computer will have to go back to mirrored in order for it to display properly.
