Sage Hall General Access Classrooms and Lecture Halls

Projection issues

Computer

  1. Verify the projector is turned on

  2. Verify the computer is on

  3. Verify the correct source is selected on the touch panel located on the teaching station

  4. Verify the VGA cable is connected to the adapter and the adapter is connected to the computer

Document Camera

  1. Verify the projector is turned on

  2. Verify the document camera is turned on & live mode is selected

  3. Verify the correct source is selected on touch panel located on the teaching station

  4. Verify VGA cable connected to the port labeled VGA out on the back of the document camera

Blu-ray

  1. Verify the projector is turned on

  2. Verify media tower is turned on 

  3. Verify the correct source is selected on the touch panel on the teaching station

Laptop

  1. Verify the projector is turned on

  2. Verify the computer is on

  3. Verify the correct source  is selected on the touch panel located on the teaching station

  4. Verify the laptop is connected to the system using the room laptop cable

  5. Verify the laptop is set to mirror or duplicate displays

Sage 1210 Theater Mode 

Projection Issues

Blu-ray

  1. Verify the client is using the Blu Ray player in Sage 1208a closet

    1. The Blu-ray player located beneath teaching station will not work with theater mode 

Audio Issues

Blu-ray

  1. Adjust the volume using the controls on the touch panel located on the teaching station
