Why issue an ad hoc alert

Ad hoc alerts provide faculty and staff the ability to draw attention to students in need. Ad hoc alerts can be used as needed year round.

Ad-hoc Alert Types

  • 3+ Absences

  • Financial Concern

  • Health and well-being Concern

  • Lack of in-person and/or online engagement

  • Referral to Read Center

  • Referral to Tutoring

  • Recognize good work
