Who Can Message Students from Navigate

All Faculty and Staff with Navigate access can send and receive emails through Navigate.

Texting permissions are granted based on staff roles.

Why Message from Navigate

  • Easily email students assigned to you or in your courses.

  • Quickly email multiple students at one time.

  • The communication will create a record in the students conversations area of their Navigate profile.

    • Those communications can be accessible to staff that have access to student profile communications.
