Download Student Email list from Canvas

On your course home screen choose the New Analytics Button. If you have never selected this button before there is a 24 hour wait till you will be able to see this data. All date that come from this tool is roughly 24 hours old.

Download CSV

1. Choose the Download CSV button

2. Save the CSV file to your local machine

   Open

   

3. This will download a zip file containing 3 csv files. The one you will want will be named "Students.csv". You will need to remove the columns you do not want.

Note on No Data to Report

Canvas starts generating the information for the Analytics tool the first time you try accessing it. So you may need to wait 24 hours after clicking on that tool to see data.
