View Concluded Course Enrollments - Canvas

When you have students who "Section Swap" Canvas hides their grades (Canvas calls this a concluded enrollment). To show these concluded enrollments do the following.

1. Select "Grades" from the course navigation

2. Mouse over the header titled "Student Name"

3. Choose the Kabob icon that appears to the right of the "Student Name" title

4. Select the "Show > Concluded enrollments" from the dropdown list

5. Any student who have dropped the session will now show with a tag "Concluded". You will need to manually move over their previous grades into their new section.
