Publishing your Course - Canvas

Publishing your course allows your students to see the content inside it. If you do not publish your course students will not be able to use the Canvas course nor the communication and collaboration tools it offers.

To publish your course:

1. Login to http://canvas.uwosh.edu using your NetID

2. Select the course on your Dashboard you want to publish

3. Select the "Publish" button in the right side bar

   Open

   

4. When successful the course publish button will change to green.

Confirm Publishing Status

If you want to confirm publishing status 

1. Select "Settings" 

2. Choose "Course Details" (Tab)

3. Course publishing status appears at the top right of page
