How to fix incorrectly combined sections in Canvas due to PeopleSoft courses that are combo lab/lecture courses

New Sections

1. In PeopleSoft, change the setting on Set Up SACR > Product Related > SA Integration Pack > Scoping/Association Defaults. Check the Default Association for Combined Sections box if you’re using the delivered Combined Sections functionality.

2. Un-check the Default IMS Association from Class Association box since it will cause the unexpected associations for lab/lecture combo courses in PeopleSoft.

Unchecking that fixes the problem going forward as new sections are added. 

Existing Sections

If you have existing courses already sent in the integration, edit the data at Curriculum Management > Schedule of Classes > SA Integration Pack > Scoping and Association to remove the existing associations.
